grab the Ez-Birth putting the free hand in front. The mother
then positions herself making sure that her shoulders are back and down,
and her elbows are out to her sides. When pushing use the
muscles just below your breast line, pulling on the Ez-Birth
for resistance and force to move the baby under the pelvic bone.
